10 Foods To Boost Your Metabolism

1 – Green Tea

Green tea not only helps raise your heart rate but also makes your system burn calories faster.


TIP: Have at least 4 cups a day to shed those extra pounds in eight to ten weeks.

2 – Coffee

Caffeine helps in breakdown of fat and kicks in your metabolism. It not only boosts your energy but also stimulates your mind.


TIP: According to research the best time to drink coffee is between 9:30 to 11:30 am and then again between 2 to 5 pm. So have 1 or 2 cups of coffee in a day to boost your metabolism.

TIP: Have yogurt and milk at least once a day regularly to see best results. You can have plain yoghurt with fruits or milk with some cereals.
